Update: Migrants

Dear Church Family,
Thank you for all your help with food, clothes and blankets over the past few days. The Lord gave us a job to do and in my opinion, you answered the call admirably. However, now that the convention center is open and the city will be providing hot meals, tonight was the last night that our help will be needed. Rest, recoup your strength and enjoy the rest of your Christmas season with family and friends. Again, thank you for all your help.
This morning the Lord gave me a message to deliver to the migrants we have been serving. He provided a platform for me to preach from as well. I went with your prayers. There was a great outpouring of the Holy Spirit. All who gathered around to hear the message wept at what was shared. When asked if they wanted to receive Christ as Lord and Savior, almost every hand shot up. I was overwhelmed with joy to see how our God moved with power, grace and an outpouring of love on those in the street. I will share the message with you in our worship service on Christmas morning. Jon took photos and videos and I will be forwarding those to you as well as soon as I can.
God bless you. I am looking forward to sharing our candlelight service together. And as always I remain,
Your Servant,
Randy
