Small Groups, Sunday's Sermon, Prayer Requests

Dear Church Family,

     I hope you are doing well. I am sorry we will not be able to meet together in our church sanctuary tomorrow. Remember that it is open daily for anyone who wants to come to pray. I am thankful that we have a place large enough for us to practice the government's request of social distancing while still being able to gather in small groups. I also hope you will use this time God has given to practice the verse "Be still and know that I am God"  Psalms 46:10.
     Although we can not all meet together at the church, we can meet in our homes with our families. We can also invite one another for small group fellowships in our homes. I will send you a link to Sunday's sermon tomorrow. You may want to have a small group gathering to listen to the message together and then discuss it. It is titled, "Considering the Times."
     I would also ask you to spend some time tomorrow praying  corporately for our church provision and for the provision of those in our fellowship who are without work. Although we are not meeting at church and although people are not going to work, the bills still need to be paid. He has instructed us to faithfully ask for our daily bread. Please do not neglect this area of prayer.
      I close with this call to action. Let us not waste this time he has given. Let us use it to draw closer to Him and become better equipped to serve in His kingdom before we have to return once again to the normal hustle and bustle of 21st century life. And as always, I am;
Your Servant
Randy
