Hello Church Family,
In approximately eight weeks we will be heading out to gather in the mountains at Sacramento Camp in Sacramento, New Mexico. I am so blessed by all of you who have let me know that you are planning on attending! This email is to remind those who would like to attend but haven't let me know that time is running out and so are the rooms in Forrest Lodge. So please, if you would like more information get with me and let's get you on the list.
Also, this year Rachel Taylor has graciously volunteered to be the one that coordinates the activities! She has the list of activities offered this year by the Camp, the description of the activity and how to complete the Release Form (this information can also be found at sacramentocamp.org under the Activities/Events tab). For those of you who have attended before you know that there is a lot to do but it does take coordinating and then getting that information to the Activities Director, so please contact Rachel. The Camp asks that we give them a list of the activities desired at least two weeks before we get there so we would like to get this process started as soon as possible. We will have a meeting in mid-May to finalize the plans so the sooner you can be thinking about what you'd like to do the better for all of us.
We really do have a wonderful time at the Camp and a beautiful time with the Lord. Please plan on going with us!
