40 Days of Prayer - Day 19

Dear Church Family,

I am in a campground just outside of Fort Davis tonight. Grace has made it to San Antonio without incident. It has been a beautiful day. I rode the bicycle around town and to the old fort which is now a national park. The churches and courthouse here are all historical sites. And just outside of the First Baptist Church is a God Loves You Frontier Tour yard sign; just like the one outside of our church. I am guessing they will be going to the event at Presidio. Perhaps I will meet their pastor there on the 3rd. I may stay here another day or start making my way towards Eagle Pass tomorrow. My daughter-in-law Jaqueline is there on a work assignment this week. Perhaps we can at least get lunch together as I pass through towards Brownsville. Keep me in your prayers as I travel.

I heard from BCI last night. All the Bibles and books made it through customs. A couple of the couriers were stopped but everyone eventually made it through. Give God praise and continue to keep them in your prayers.

I got our weekly financial report this morning. Thank you for praying for money for diapers. The Family Help Ministry now has a little over $150 in it for diapers. Please give God praise and continue praying for resources for the school and the Family Help Center.

Here is today's prayer vigil from the BGEA:

Day 19 - Pastors and Churches

2 Timothy 4:2 ESV
"preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching."

Pray that the pastors and ministry leaders at churches participating in the Frontera Tour will be used by the Lord in powerful ways -- in their churches, in their communities, and online -- to reach many people with the life-changing hope of Jesu Christ.

Your Servant,
Randy

PS The stars outside are amazing tonight. I wonder if these are the same ones Abraham saw outside his tent when God assured him of a blessed life and a blessed future for all nations.
